Cheese soup with mushrooms

2 processed cheese
2 liters chicken stock
2 small carrots
1 onion
5 potatoes
200-300 g mushrooms
salt, pepper, dill, parsley to taste,
rye or wheat crackers taste.

Method of preparation:

Boil chicken broth, then add it to the fried onions and carrots and simmer. After 5-7 minutes, add the fried mushrooms and leave to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then add the potatoes, cut into slices. After 10 minutes, when the potatoes are almost ready to mix the cheese. Put in a soup half tablespoon cheese curds and mix thoroughly. After adding salt and spices. Ready soup should infuse for 15-20 minutes. Serve with croutons and fresh herbs.
