How to make cheese soup ingredients for soup
  • 1 bulb
  • 400g chicken fillet
  • 350-400g cheese
  • 2.5 liters of ordinary water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 3 bay leaves
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • parsley

Preparation
  1. Wash the fillet, put it in a pot, fill it with water. Put the fillet pan on the fire. From the moment the salty boils, add the bay leaf. Cook for about 25 minutes.



  2. Onions finely ground with a knife, carrots sodium, potatoes cut in cubes. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, roast onions with carrots until golden.



  3. Add potatoes to cooked chicken. In 10 minutes, take out the chicken fillet and put it on a plate. Add roast to the soup and cook for another 10 minutes, then add chicken fillet cut into small pieces.



  4. Add cheese to the soup. In Switzerland for this take those cheeses that are well melted and have a pleasant milky. But you can add fragrant cheeses with noble mold. For example, Gruyère, Goudou or Dutch. With the addition of mozzarella, it will be better to stretch. For a nutty aroma, brie or camembert can be added. And if you do not have all these delights, then you can do with the usual melted, but then you need to take a little less. Cheese, depending on the type chosen, can be grated or cut finely with a knife, the latter is more suitable for melted cheese. Also add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste in the soup. Let the soup boil for 2 minutes and take it off the fire.





  5. For cooking You need to cut the baguette into small pieces. Lubricate the bread with vegetable oil, and then sprinkle them with a seasoning of Italian herbs. Let the bread roast a little in the oven, and then rub the toast with garlic.



  6. Serve the soup with crushed greens and fragrant. Bon appetit!
