Mushroom cream soup

You will need:

200g mushrooms;
1 carrot;
½ onions;
1-2 potatoes;
70-100 g of melted cheese (I have with mushroom flavor);
100 grams of milk or cream;
tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying);
salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste.


1. Potatoes cut into medium cubes, add water and put to boil. Boil the potatoes for 5-7 minutes after boiling.
2. Meanwhile, prepare zazharku. To do this, cut mushrooms, finely chopped onions, carrots grate. Add a little vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms and vegetables for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally it. Add zazharku soup and cook for 7-10 minutes it yet.
3. Add to the soup small pieces of melted cheese, milk or cream. Post a boil and remove from heat.
4. Add to the soup finely chopped dill, cover it with a lid and let stand at least 10 minutes.
