The ingredients
  • 300 ml of vegetable broth or water
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 200ml dry white wine
  • 400g mushrooms
  • 50ml fatty cream
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 medium potato tubers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • salt, spices to taste

Preparation
  1. Cut the mushrooms with plates. Part roast with crushed green onions and garlic on a mixture of butter and vegetable oil.



  2. When the mushrooms are toasted, add a glass of wine and a pinch of nutmeg to the pan. When the mixture boils, put it in a pan.
  3. Add the rest of the mushrooms, the potatoes, sliced in cubes, and fill everything with vegetable broth. Save it to taste. Wait until it boils, reduce the fire and cook the soup for 15 minutes.



  4. Pour milk, cream into the soup and bring it to a boil again. Add the greens, spices and turn it off. If desired, turn the soup with a submersible blender in puree.
  5. Serve the soup hot with white bread crackers. Bon appetit!
