  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 bulb

  • 300g sour cabbage

Preparation
  1. Bring the water to a boil and put a straw-cut potato in it.
  2. Cook on a slow heat for 10 minutes, then add cabbage.
  3. Cut the onions, grind the carrots. Carrots and onions for 10 minutes in vegetable oil.
  4. Add roast, bay leaf, salt and pepper to the soup. Cook it on a slow heat for another 15 minutes. Serve with the greens.

Pea soup

Milk soup

The ingredients
  • 200g of any mushroom
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bulb
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp pearl cereal

  • salt, pepper, bay leaf to taste


Preparation
  1. Peel the mushrooms, cut them and put them in a pan. Pour water.
  2. Bring to a boil, pepper, salty, put the bay leaf and boil for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, roast the finely chopped onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
  4. Add to the broth potatoes, roast, pre-soaked in boiling water pearl cereal.
  5. Cook until the potatoes are ready.
