Custard pancakes on kefir


 
Ingredients:

2 tbsp. yogurt (better not take bold)
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 h. L. soda
2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
salt, sugar to taste

Preparation:

Yogurt, eggs, flour, salt, sugar, stir lightly whisk.
In a glass of boiling water to throw 1/2 hour. L. soda, quickly stir and pour in the batter, mix,
let stand 5 minutes.
Add 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, stir
and fry pancakes))
Too thin and very holey pancakes out)
Be sure the oven on a very hot skillet and then the holes will be significantly more)
