  4. Then fold the dough in two envelopes or just in several layers, roll and again sprinkle 1/3 tsp. soda. Three times until you use all the soda. Each time the dough will become lush and porous.

  5. Cover the finished dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes so that it rises a little. In the meantime, you can make stuffings for future cakes. And when the dough rises, start frying or baking.
