  1. Boil the pumpkin and then grind it in a blender.



  2. The finished pumpkin puree is transferred to the bowl of the mixer, add sugar, vanilla sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Beat all ingredients to a homogeneous mass. Add vegetable oil and beat again with a mixer.





  3. Now you need to mix all the dry ingredients. In a convenient container pour wheat flour, oatmeal (it can be replaced with crushed oatmeal) and baking powder for dough. Stir it all together.



  4. In a container with pumpkin gradually add a dry mixture and stir with a mixer.



  5. Mix the dough and dump it in flour. Form a sausage from the dough, and then cut it into small pieces.



  6. Form from the dough kolobok and lay them out on a silicone mat tray. Send future cookies to the oven and bake at 180 degrees until ready.



  7. While the cookies are baked, you can make the icing. Add lemon juice to a glass of powdered sugar (you can use any juice you have). Stir it well.
