Meat casserole with rice


 
Minced chicken (or beef) 600 g
2 medium-sized carrots
2 onions
2 bags of rice (noodles)
6 eggs
salt, spices

Grate the carrots, onion, finely chopped. One onion raw minced meat goes in, the second fry with carrots. Rice and eggs to cook.
In minced add spices, carrots and onions (raw and roasted), stir.
In a baking dish spread layers:
1 - half the minced
2 - Fig (sprinkle with dried basil for flavor)
3 - again minced
4 - eggs, cut in half
5 - cheese on a coarse grater

Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
