The ingredients
  • 3.5kg pork ribs
  • 60g honey
  • 30ml lemon juice

  • 200ml apple juice
  • 60ml wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 head of garlic
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 150g champignon
  • 2 potatoes






Be prepared that marinating and baking ribs takes a long time, but the game is worth a candle. The meat is surprisingly soft, juicy and aromatic.

Preparation
  1. Mix apple juice, wine vinegar, lemon juice and liquid honey in a deep vessel. Add to the future marinade coriander, nutmeg, salt and pepper.


  2. Peel the garlic and cut each clove with thin plates. Wash the ribs, dry, remove excess fat and bare the top of the bone, cutting some meat.


  3. Make incisions in the ribs and stuff the meat with garlic. In a syringe with a thick needle, type a small amount of honey marinade and point injected into the pulp.


  4. Place the ribs in a deep bowl and fill with the remains of the marinade. Put it in the fridge for 24 hours.

  5. Peel the potatoes and the mushrooms. Chop big, salty, perchy and roast in the pan to a golden crust.


  6. Cover the bowl with parchment paper and place pickled ribs on it. To get a real meat crown, tie the ribs with a string in a circle. And don't forget to wrap the bare bones with foil. Bake for 2 hours at 200°C.


  7. Take the ribs out of the oven, fill them with potatoes and mushrooms and send them to bake for another 20 minutes. The meat crown is ready!
