Salad with grilled chicken


 
Ingredients:
Marinade for chicken:
Garlic - 2 cloves
Chili pepper - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 0, 5 tsp
Black pepper - 0, 5 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Water - 1 tablespoon
Chicken breast - 500g

For the salad:
Lettuce leaf - 1-2 head
Red pepper - 1 pc
Tomato - 0, 5 pcs
Corn boiled - 1 ear
Red onion - 1 pc
Cilantro - 1 bunch
Chips - a few pieces
Cheddar - 110 g
Hot sauce
Avocado - 1 pc
Lime (juice) - 1 pc

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Finely chop the garlic.
Garlic mixed with chili pepper, salt and black pepper. Add the olive oil and a tablespoon of water. Mix until smooth.
Roll the breasts in the marinade on both sides. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
Fry on the grill on both sides (10 minutes)
Wash vegetables. Corn cob to remove.
Finely chop the onion.
Mix all the vegetables.
Put the grated cheese.
Slice the breast.
Put the salad, top - chicken. Sprinkle hot sauce (to taste).
