To begin with, the barbecue itself is quite fat. Especially if you marinate it in a mayonnaise sauce. So refrain from mayonnaise salads. First of all, they spoil quickly. Second, mayonnaise will make the snack too full.



Don't rush to salt the salads at home. It is better to do this when the main dish is ready. Otherwise, vegetables will juice early and salads will become too watery. Do not include sausage and eggs in salads. Like mayonnaise, these foods spoil quickly in the sun. You don't need to feel heavy at the picnic.

Salad "Spring"

The ingredients
  • 1 can of canned corn
  • 200g fresh cucumbers
  • 300g Beijing or white cabbage
  • 1 sweet pepper

Preparation
  1. Smooth the cabbage. Keep in mind that the most delicate salads are obtained with Beijing cabbage. After all, among all types of cabbage, Beijing is the juiciest. And among the crunchy ones, it is also the softest.
  2. Cut cucumbers with quarters of circles, and peppers with arbitrary pieces.
  3. Pour the liquid out of the can and pour the corn into the vegetables. By the way, did you know that the liquid from a jar of peas forms foam and can replace egg white in some dishes?
  4. Mix butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper, make the salad.

Celery and apple salad

The ingredients

Preparation
  1. Salad is very simple, and it is not difficult to prepare it. Let's start with the gas station first. Let's take a couple of spoons of Greek yogurt as a base. Some like it more, some like it less. Add salt, pepper. We cut a few twigs of dill. Thick stems are placed in a bag and frozen.
  2. Wash celery stems cut into medium pieces. We don't need a top with leaves. Although if you really like celery, you can add them.
  3. From the apple remove the head, wash and cut medium pieces for ease of use. Pineapple rings are cut slightly less, because they have a lot of taste, I would not like to interrupt other ingredients with pineapple. The cucumber is clean and cut into thin rings. It'll freshen the salad. Mix the products, sprinkle crushed cilantro, sesame seeds.

  8. Cut the greens, do not neglect the stems, they are also small cut. This recipe uses parsley, cilantro, dill, green onions, but you can add any other greens that are.
  9. Cut the garlic finely or run through the press, and add to the greens, salt it all and stir it.
  10. Take the vegetables out of the oven and let them cool down a little so that it is convenient to work with them. Then peel off the vegetables and cut them big.
  11. Peper salad and add smoked paprika, mix everything and fill it with vegetable oil and greens.


Salad of cabbage, carrots and apples

This salad is a great vitamin snack for any meat dish!

The ingredients
  • 1 cabbage head
  • 2 carrots
  • 2-3 apples
  • green
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt, pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Sweat the cabbage, salt it and stretch it a little.
  2. Grate carrots and peeled apples, and the greens are shredded.

  • 300g cabbage
  • 1 grapefruit
  • spinach
  • 20ml balsamic vinegar
  • 60 ml of vegetable oil

Preparation
  1. Wash the cabbage and spinach.
  2. Cut the grapefruit flesh in pieces.
  3. Mix cabbage, spinach and grapefruit. Pour the juice that the grapefruit extracted during the cutting.
  4. Chop greens, sprinkle salad.
