Preparation

    First, you need to properly treat lamb eggs to prevent the appearance of an unpleasant smell. Be sure to clean them of the film and wash well. You can hold them in milk a little before cooking. Then cut in small pieces, about quarters.





  2. Sliced pieces are well salted and peppered. Do not spare pepper, it is thanks to it that any foreign smells are removed and a spicy taste appears.



  3. Then cut the onion with half rings and add to the barbecue.



  4. If you like hot kebabs, add fresh hot peppers. Cut it with rings and add it to the kebabs with the seeds. If you prefer a more delicate taste, it is better to throw away the seeds or add only one pepper.



  5. Now grind a little peel of orange or lemon to your taste. Before rubbing the peel, the chef recommends soaking the oranges in water to wash off everything superfluous. Add the grated peel to the meat.



  6. Add some vegetable oil and some sweet paprika. Now stir it all up and leave it marinating for an hour or two. During this time, you can make a fire and prepare everything for frying.



  7. So, the time has passed, now you need to string the barbecue on the skewers. After this procedure, pour the meat on top with a small amount of oil and you can send it to fry. In the grill, the chef recommends throwing some orange crusts to add a pleasant aroma. Fry until the meat is covered with a crispy crust.



  8. For a beautiful serving, put a large amount of arugula in a container, there also cut a couple of bulbs and tomatoes. A little salt all this and put the barbecue on top. You can sprinkle a little lemon juice on top. That's it!
