Chicken breast barbecue
The ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 teeth. Garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp barberry
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp sumak
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 liters of water
- salt

- Prepare the fillet. It must be washed, “dried” with paper towels, cut in medium pieces. Usually, fillets do not have bones, but it is better to check. Put the meat in a comfortable container.
- Add in the fillet the spices that have prepared, plus sugar and salt. Barbary and garlic are best crushed with a knife into small pieces.
- Now add soy sauce and tomato paste, put on a glove (or without it) and a few minutes stir-rub spices into the meat.
- After you're done with this, pour water into the meat. It should be drinking at room temperature. Stir everything again and leave it in the fridge overnight, let it marinate.
- When the coals are ready, drain the marinade and string the meat on the swords. Focus on the size of your grill. Keep in mind, in good heat, the barbecue will be prepared very quickly, so always watch it. To keep it dry. Done!
