Preparation
  1. It is better to choose not too large bulbs. In such thinner layers and they are therefore easier to cut thinly.
  2. Peel the onion and cut it with half rings. The thinner, the better it will taste, so you need to try. After all, onions are the basis of our dish.

  3. Cut dill fine. You can have stems, they give you more smell.


  4. Add dill and pepper to the onions, mix thoroughly.


  5. Fill the glass with cold boiled water, add vinegar, salt, sugar. Stir until the sugar grains dissolve.


  6. Fill the bow with marinade so that it completely covers it.


  7. Cover the bowl with a lid, shake it well so that the onion gives juice. Leave it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes, maybe more, but for my taste, the onions will be too sour.
  8. After the allotted time, drain the liquid.
  9. Serve the pickled onions to the meat. You can store it in the refrigerator in a jar with a tight lid.

If you want to rid the onion of bitterness, but are not going to marinate it, you can scald the onions with boiling water, warm up for 10 seconds in the microwave, soak in cold water.
