Perfect kebabs: five popular marinades

Spring is associated not only with the sun and green grass, but also with picnics and trips to the country. And what in the nature seating complete without barbecue? Perhaps no :) To get the perfect barbecue, you need to marinate it in advance. To make it, use a variety of spices, onions, dairy products, wine, kvass and mineral water, beer, juice, fruit, tomatoes, mustard, soy sauce.

Marinades are prepared differently depending on the meat, and personal preferences. We focus on five of the most popular recipes.

Marinade Onion
Perhaps the most traditional and simple recipe for a marinade for barbecue - this onion. It is suitable for lamb, pork and beef.

Meat 1 kg
Onions 700 g
Ground pepper 2 hours. L.
Method of preparation:
Onion peel and grate on a fine grater or chop in a blender. It is important to obtain a liquid slurry.

Wine Marinade

The wine is an excellent basis for the Barbecue Marinade. This recipe is ideal for beef, as well as good for the pork neck.

The wine (dry red), 2-3 cups

Ground black pepper 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
Usually, it is prepared for the night. Onions cut into half rings and mix with all the ingredients and pour wine.

Marinade Kefir

Orange zest to taste

The trick of this recipe is that the marinade over the meat smeared in advance, and directly in nature, before frying.

Marinade tomato
Tomato marinade is suitable not only for meat, but also fish.

Basil (fish) to taste
Method of preparation:
Tomatoes cut in half (quarters).
