Cheese soup with smoked


 
Ingredients:

300-400 gr. smoked
2-3 processed cheese
4 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
salt, pepper
bunch of parsley
dill

Preparation:

Curds put in the freezer until they harden enough, then they are easier to rub on a grater.
This suite of products is designed somewhere at 2-2, 5 liters of water. Place the pot on the fire, clean the potatoes, cut into cubes and drop into the water. Onions and carrots cleaned, cut into cubes and slices. You can also put directly into the pan to potatoes.
When the potatoes are almost ready, add to the same sausage. Let Prokip good, but in the meantime grate processed cheese (the more the better). Add to the pan, cheese should raskipet fully until smooth. Salt the soup to your liking, pepper it. Can be set aside. Now chop the parsley, dill and toss in a pan, cover with a lid. Let stand up for a while, infusions.
