Apples stuffed with cream cheese and raisins

apples - 200 g
raisins (seedless) - 30 g
cottage cheese - 60 g
butter - 1 teaspoon
egg (yolk) - 1 pc.
semolina - 1 tablespoon
sour cream - 1-2 tbsp
sugar - 1 tsp
powdered sugar - 1 tsp

How to:
Curd carefully rub, mix with semolina, well washed and soaked raisins, 1 tsp sugar, egg yolk and melted butter.

With apples cut off the top, remove the core, not cutting the edges, fill the cavity cheese and bake. Submit them to the table with sour cream and powdered sugar (1 tsp).
