Chocolate meringue



 
Ingredients:

egg whites - 4 pcs.
flour - 75 g
powdered sugar - 200 g
grated chocolate - 125 g
vanilla sugar - 2 bags
cinnamon - ½ hours. l
Cardamom - ½ hours. l.

Preparation:

1. Protein shake up, until a thick foam.

2. Add the sifted flour, powdered sugar, grated chocolate, vanilla sugar and spices. All mix gently.

3. Baking parchment paper and lay a teaspoon of dough to shell out.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
