Cookie recipe with meringue and nuts

I'm sure you've tried this kind of cookie at least once in your life. However, it is quite expensive, so you should definitely learn to do it yourself.





This one recipe in the oven at home I found it in an old cookbook and improved a little. I hope you like cookies!

The ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100g sugar
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 120g walnuts


Preparation
  1. First, let’s prepare walnuts: peeled kernels must be cut large with a knife.

  6. Put the meringue on the pan, forming medium-sized cookies. Bake for 5 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees.



  7. Turn off the oven and forget about the cookies for 2 hours. You can't open the oven.
