- 150g oatmeal
- 180-200g wheat flour
- 200g sugar
- 100g soft butter
- 1 egg
- 35 ml of warm milk
- 1.5 tbsp thick apple swell
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch
- nuts optionally
Preparation
- First of all, using a blender to grind oatmeal. You do not need to bring them to a state of flour. There may be larger and smaller pieces in the mixture.
- Then mix all the dry ingredients. Separately combine an egg, soft butter, slightly warm milk and apple seed. If you have not seen it in the kitchen, you can safely use apple puree. Just rub the apple in a fine grater.
- Then combine all the components together and mix the dough. It will be soft and malleable. At this stage, you can add crushed nuts to the dough. If desired, the dough can be sent to the refrigerator for half an hour or at least 15 minutes. But that's not necessary.
- Warm the oven to 180 degrees. While it warms, form from the dough balls of 35-40 grams. A little flatten each and put on a bowl, covered with parchment paper. Make sure to leave some space between the cookies.
