Let's be honest: few people like oatmeal. But whole grain oatmeal will never be superfluous in the diet. Integrating this product into your daily menu is easy. It is enough to prepare a classic oatmeal cookie according to the recipe of the Kharkiv master Mariana Orlovskaya. By the way, on her YouTube channel you will find a lot of incredible recipes. Peels Ingredients
  • 150g oatmeal
  • 180-200g wheat flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 100g soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 35 ml of warm milk
  • 1.5 tbsp thick apple swell
  • 0.5 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch
  • nuts optionally


Preparation
  1. First of all, using a blender to grind oatmeal. You do not need to bring them to a state of flour. There may be larger and smaller pieces in the mixture.



  2. Then mix all the dry ingredients. Separately combine an egg, soft butter, slightly warm milk and apple seed. If you have not seen it in the kitchen, you can safely use apple puree. Just rub the apple in a fine grater.
  3. Then combine all the components together and mix the dough. It will be soft and malleable. At this stage, you can add crushed nuts to the dough. If desired, the dough can be sent to the refrigerator for half an hour or at least 15 minutes. But that's not necessary.
  4. Warm the oven to 180 degrees. While it warms, form from the dough balls of 35-40 grams. A little flatten each and put on a bowl, covered with parchment paper. Make sure to leave some space between the cookies.



  5. Bake oatmeal for 15-18 minutes at 180 degrees.

Even if it seems to you that it is not ready yet (baking can be soft), you should not keep it in the oven for longer than the prescribed time. Given that there is butter in the composition of cookies, cookies after cooling will become more hard. This is a feature of any sand cookie.



Don’t be afraid to experiment with supplements. For example, you can use nuts, raisins, heat-resistant chocolate drops (although I would not be afraid to oven with an ordinary chocolate), dried fruits.
