Coffee with chocolate pudding layer
Ingredients for 4 servings:
For the pudding:
Milk- 2st,
Sugar 50g,
Instant coffee-1st Class l,
starch 2 tbsp,
Eggs, 2 pieces,
Butter 2 tbsp,
1 tsp vanilla ekstrakt-
For the chocolate layer:
Cocoa temnoe- 2 tbsp,
Sugar 3 tbsp,
Oil 70g,
Milk 2 tbsp,
Dark chocolate 40 g
Method of preparation:
Milk with sugar and vanilla vskipyatit.Tem time Beat eggs, add starch and coffee, whip again.
Very thin stream pour the boiling milk. Return to saucepan and cook over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter immediately. Cool. For layers mix cocoa, butter, milk and sugar to put on a low fire. When the butter is completely melted and the mass becomes homogeneous add mangled chocolate. Cook stirring until smooth thick shiny mass. Cool. Lay batches alternating pudding and chocolate. Before serving, stand in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
