Danish network with apples

For the dough:
Yeast - 2, 25 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Warm water - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1 pc
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Flour - 2, 5 cups
Butter - 220 g
Egg white - 1 piece
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Apple - 2 pcs
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Flour - 1 tablespoon 25
Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1, 5-2 tablespoons
Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoon
Dissolve the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar in warm water. Leave on for 10 minutes, the yeast ferment. Once the yeast is ready, drive back the egg, add milk, sugar and salt. Whisk whisk and set aside.
Oil chop with flour, rub your hands until fine crumbs. Pour the yeast mixture and knead the dough. Turn dough out onto a cutting board and porazminayte hands. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Fold three times. Flip and roll again. Repeat this process 3 more times, then divide the dough into 2 parts, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight.

Wash and clean the apples. In a frying pan, heat the butter.

In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, flour and cinnamon. Roll in a mixture of chopped apples into small cubes. Put the apples in the pan and cook for about 15 minutes. Cool about 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 200 degrees. One half of the dough, remove from the refrigerator (a second leave the next pie dough can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator and up to 3 months - in the freezer).

On a cutting board and sprinkle with flour, roll the dough into a rectangle. Put the apples in the middle.

Follow the instructions on the picture, twist the dough. Put the cake in the pan, the laid parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes. In a separate bowl whisk together the powdered sugar, milk (1, 5-2 tablespoons) and vanilla.

After the end of the baking grease a pie with this mixture and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm to the table.
