Pancakes with pumpkin



 
INGREDIENTS:
Kefir - 250 ml.
Egg - 1 pc.
Pumpkin - 100 gr.
Flour - 200 gr.
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Soda - 0, 5 tsp
Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:
Pumpkin grate. Mix the flour, baking soda and eggs, add sugar, salt to taste, pour the yogurt and mix. Add pumpkin dough and stir again.
Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked.
