Recipe for those who love pancakes, but looking for something new. The main advantage of these mini pancakes in that they are not as high in calories as a traditional pancake dishes. This means they can and should afford!

In the delicious miniature pancakes, more like pancakes, are, you guessed it, apples, that is priceless rough fiber. Another secret and highly beneficial ingredient – natural sour milk, or lactic acid. Supporters of a healthy diet know rough fiber and lactic acid effectively accelerates the metabolism and cleanses the body on a cellular level.

The recipe for these wonderful light mini pancakes on Shrove Tuesday shared with us Lara Katsova, host of "Home cooking".

A RECIPE for an APPLE MINI-PANCAKES you need:

  • 100 g of cane sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 3 green sweet and sour Apple
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g of yoghurt
  • butter and olive oil – for frying
  • 200 g of plain yogurt
How to make an Apple mini pancakes:

1. Cut 2 apples into 2 parts, gently remove the core and cut into 3 slices each half.

2. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire, add to cane sugar. As soon as the water boils and the sugar has dissolved, put in a saucepan the Apple slices, make the minimum fire and cook until evaporated until half of the liquid.

3. The remaining Apple cleaned from the core and grate on a coarse grater.

4. In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, add white sugar and eggs. Mix and inject the yogurt. Again mix well and add grated Apple.

5. Fry mini pancakes in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil (supporters of a healthy food can fry the pancakes in olive oil).

6. To put the mini pancakes on a dish, decorate with apples from the pan, serve with yogurt.
