Grind nuts, mix them with spices. Dates, oil and vanilla put in blender and grind.
Apples soaked in lemon juice, adding the juice of the agave, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then put it in the microwave for 45 seconds. On top of the apples spread nut mixture, then covered with a second layer of apples and nuts. You can heat the dessert until desired temperature.
Apple butter1.5 kg of apples
½ Tsp allspice
1 tbsp cinnamon
¼ Tsp cloves
100 ml Apple juice
1 tsp lemon juice
Clean and cut apples, mix with spices, Apple and lemon juice and stir. Cook on low heat for half an hour with the lid on. With a wooden spoon or spatula, stir the apples, trying to crush them. Remove the lid and cook another hour, stirring every 15 minutes. More and more apples will stick to the container. Do not forget to stir.
If the consistency seems too runny, you can leave the oil on the heat for another half an hour.
The finished mixture is "align" in a blender and freeze in the refrigerator.
Pie Apple10 thinly sliced apples
1.5 kg figs
500g dried figs
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Mix half of the dates and figs in a blender until thick consistency.
Press out "dough" on the bottom of the form.
