The ingredients
  • 500g flour
  • 10 tbsp brown sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 50g raisins
  • 50g cranberry
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1g cardamom
  • 1g nutmeg

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 300 ml of water


Preparation
  1. Grind the cloves and cardamom. In a large container mix spices, sugar, salt, one egg, yeast, flour, butter, cranberries and raisins. Do not forget that butter must be softened beforehand. In the container also add 200 ml of water.



  2. Mix the ingredients and mix the dough thoroughly. A bakery can also be used to mix the dough. Just mix all the ingredients in its container and put the kneading and second lift mode.



  3. Don't forget to let the test fit. Then divide it into 12 blanks in the form of balls. Place them on the baking pan, having previously covered it with baking paper. Leave the buns for half an hour.



  4. Now mix 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour and 50ml water. Make incisions and fill the buns with the resulting sweet filling.



  5. Beat the egg and cover it with a brush. Bake the buns for 40 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Ready pastries can be lubricated with sugar syrup if desired. Bon appetit!
