Yogurt buns Ingredients
  • 350g flour
  • 300g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp sugar

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and oil until a homogeneous mass.

  4. Divide the dough into 8-10 identical parts, form buns. If you want the buns to be sweet, they can be dumped in sugar, and add dried fruit or vanilla to taste. If unsweetened buns are planned, you can add seeds or herbs.
  5. And the final stage is baking. Spread the buns on a muffin covered with parchment, and bake them for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 210-220 degrees until ready.

Milk buns Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2/3 tbsp milk
  • 1/3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt


Preparation
  1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. For sweet buns you can add sugar, and for unsweetened - herbs and spices.
  2. Combine this mixture with milk and vegetable oil, mix well, mix the dough.
  3. Give the dough the shape of a cake 3-4 cm high. Make a bun with a mold or a glass of dough.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the buns for about 20 minutes so they roar.
  5. Ready buns can be sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon, poppy or sesame to your taste. Everyone will be happy with these buns!





Buns on kefir and butter ingredients
  • 400g flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 250ml kefir
  • 175g butter at room temperature
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp soda


Preparation
  1. Sown flour, baking powder, salt and soda mixed in a small vessel.
  2. Rub the oil into a large crumb with a fork, add kefir and stir until a mass of uniform consistency is obtained.
  3. Divide the dough in two. Form a cake from half the dough, with the help of a glass or moulds make 6 buns. Do the same with the other half of the test.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the buns for about 20 minutes so they roar.
  5. Ready buns can be lubricated with kefir and sprinkled with sugar. It turns out very tender and airy baking.





Yeast buns Ingredients
  • 20-25 tbsp sifted flour
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1.5 tsp dry yeast
  • sugar, salt to taste


Preparation
  1. Mix the yeast with water and pour 2 tbsp flour into the mixture. Leave it in a warm place so that the opara fits.
  2. In the bowl, mix milk and butter, add yeast mass, as well as sugar and salt. Stir thoroughly and mix the dough, adding flour.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls, make cakes out of them and put it on a bowl. Make notches on buns all over the width with a knife and leave for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 12-15 minutes until ready and roast.
  5. Ready buns should be quickly moistened with cold water, covered with a towel. You can sprinkle products with cinnamon or sugar, and if you want unsweetened buns, then with herbs and greens.





Sugar buns Ingredients
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3/4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder


Preparation
  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. In the middle of the mixture, make a notch and pour the oil there. Stir it up carefully.
  2. Beat 3 eggs with milk and add to the flour mixture, stir. Mix the dough.
  3. Sprinkle the table with flour, roll the dough to a thickness of 2.5 cm. Cut the buns with a form or glass.
  4. Take the last egg and smear them with buns, then sprinkle them with sugar.
  5. In an oven heated to 240 degrees, bake the buns for 12-15 minutes until they become rosy.
  6. Ready buns chill on the grille and safely serve to the table. They're beautiful!
