- 150g sifted flour
- 2 chicken eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 0.5 tsp salt

- 200g cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 middle head of garlic

Preparation
- Break the eggs, salt and stir with a wreath. Add the butter.
- Pour the milk, gently whipping the mixture with a mixer.
- Add flour and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The dough should be liquid like pancakes.
- Pour the dough into the molds, but fill them only up to half, no more. The thing is, our buns are growing a lot.
- Move the molds to the bowl and send to the oven heated to 230 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.
- While the buns are baked, fill up. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream. Add finely ground garlic and dill. Stir thoroughly.
