  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 500-600g wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar (for smearing)
  • 1 tbsp water (for smearing)

  1. Apples should be washed, cut into pieces and remove the bones. By the way, you can not remove the skin, but it is at your discretion. Put the apples in a blender and put the eggs in there. Blow to a homogeneous mass.



  2. Separately mix flour, salt, yeast and sugar. The flour must be sifted before then. Add the resulting egg-apple mixture and slowly mix the dough. It should be soft, so we recommend taking 500 g of flour first, and then adding it if necessary.



  3. Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for about one hour. It should grow two or three times. Divide the dough and form the buns. It could be round, it could be some. Put them on a buttered pan (you can cover with parchment). To keep the dough from sticking, oil your hands too.



  4. When the buns are formed again, cover them with a towel for 15 minutes so that they fit a little more.
  5. Put the buns in the heated oven for 20-25 minutes. The temperature in the oven is 180 degrees Celsius. While the buns are baked, make a smear of water and sugar. When you get them out of the oven, smear them right away. When they cool, they will have a light glaze crust. Time to take the sample!
