- 60g quinoa
- 200 ml of water
- 25g psyllium
- 35 ml of olive oil
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 tsp artichoke syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation
- Soak chickpeas and quinoa overnight in clean water. For chickpeas will be enough 500 ml of liquid, and for quinoa – 200.
