Preparation
  1. Let's make dough first. I usually make it in the evening to eat fresh buns in the morning. So, in a small bowl mix warm milk, yeast and sugar.



  2. Then add the flour, salt and melted butter. Mix the dough. Mess it for about 10 minutes until it becomes elastic. Put the dough in a clean bowl and leave it in a warm place for an hour.



  3. Let's start making the buns themselves. To do this, roll the dough into a rectangle. With the help of a spatula, apply butter over it, smearing it with a thin layer. For this, the oil should be at room temperature.

  4. Mix cinnamon with sugar. Sprinkle the dough evenly with this mixture. Wrap the dough in a tight roll. Then cut it into 8 straight pieces.



  5. Put the buns in a buttered form. Cover them and put them in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours. Take the buns out of the fridge for an hour in the morning. Before baking still slightly lubricate with melted butter and send to the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
