Buns on kefir without yeast Ingredients
- 200ml kefir
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 30g butter
Preparation
- First, beat the egg with sugar and salt to a homogeneous mass.
- Then add kefir to the mixture and mix well.
- Now add the sifted flour. Then quench the soda with vinegar and send it to the mixture. Mix elastic dough and leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
- After rolling the dough into a crust 1 cm thick. Lubricate its entire surface with melted butter. Roll the dough into a tight roll. Then cut this roll into small buns.
- Pour the sunflower oil into a deep pan and heat it to a boil. The oil should be enough to cover the buns to about half. Put them on a frying pan and roast on a medium heat from both sides to a golden crust. That kind of baking is ready!
