When you want a delicious dessert, but do not want to include the oven, I prepare my signature cake "Eclair" without baking.

Make it delicious. cookie and banana cake without baking. Let's just say our option is pretty lazy. Nevertheless, the result is decent, it is not ashamed to show the guests, and it tastes more than good. So if you don't like to mess with the oven, feel free to roll our recipe on your mustache.



The cake is called Eclair, and now you will understand why. This is not a standard, boring dessert that you can just buy in the nearest store. It has a rich taste and natural ingredients. And the stuffing just melts in your mouth. That's one of his pluses, by the way. Even the baby is not afraid to feed, there is nothing dangerous in the cake. So get ready, we're starting our cooking right now!

A cake of cookies and bananas without baking ingredients
  • 42 pieces of crispy cookies
  • 520 ml of fresh milk
  • 1 pack vanilla pudding
  • 7 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 100ml sour cream
  • 50g butter
  • 1 large or 2 small bananas


Preparation
  1. Divide (or pour?) milk into about 2 equal parts and leave a little more for later. One half will be heated on the stove on a slow heat. And the second is mixed with pudding, vanilla extract and three spoons of sugar.

  2. Part of the milk with pudding and vanilla is thoroughly mixed and poured to another part of the milk, without removing it from the fire. We need about 5 minutes for the mixture to boil and begin to thicken. At this point, you need to remove it from the fire, let it cool a little, cover it with food film and send it to the refrigerator.

  3. Put a layer of cookies in the baking mold. Grease it on top with cooled pudding cream. Peel the bananas and cut them with thin rings. Place part of the rings on top of the cream layer. Now the line is for another layer of cookies, cream and bananas. Repeat until one of the ingredients runs out.

  4. The remaining sugar is mixed with cocoa and milk residues. Put the mixture on a weak fire and, as soon as it boils, add oil to it. Do not forget to mix everything until the oil is completely dissolved. The resulting glaze fields the surface of the cake and beautifully distributed so that it was as pleasant as possible for the surrounding sense of beauty. Let the cake brew overnight in the fridge.

Cut the cake into portions before serving. First of all, it's beautiful. And, secondly, it will be better to see if the cake is soaked or if it should stand a little longer. We recommend cutting bananas with thin rings. So we will give the dessert the right taste and part of the aroma and at the same time let the liver soak with cream. You don't really eat big banana mugs anyway.



Naturally, the cake can be made of strawberries, cherries or, for example, raspberry jam. Depends on what you want to see more in the filling. And if you go the way of tiramisu, cookies can be soaked in coffee or good cocoa. But in this case, you need to be very careful with the cooking process. We don’t want the cake’s fragile structure to crumble like a house of cards. Good luck with experiments and a pleasant appetite.
