  5. Put your hands on the back of your head and tilt your head down. Now gently strain the muscles of the neck, holding the head with your hands. Set position for 7 seconds. Now relax your neck, but keep your hands on the back of your head for another 7 seconds. Repeat the exercise 3-4 times.



  6. Bow your head to the side and put your hand on your temple. Slightly strain the muscles of the neck, trying to straighten the head, but at the same time hold the head with your hand for about 7 seconds. Now relax your neck in an inclined position without removing your hand for another 7 seconds. Repeat the exercise 3-4 times. Now do the exercise with your head in the other direction.
