- 350 ml of fatty cream (at least 20%)
- 2 bag of gelatin (15 g each)
- 200-250g strawberries
- 200g sugar
- vanilla
Preparation
- Gelatin is pre-soaked in 3 tablespoons of cold water, each bag separately.
- In the pan pour cream, add 70 g of sugar (not all!), as well as vanilla sugar at will. Heat on a slow heat, but do not bring to a boil. The sugar must dissolve completely. If a film is formed on the cream, you can strain them.
- Let the cream cool a little and add to them the first portion of swollen gelatin. Stir it so that it completely dissolves.
- Pour the cream into cremen or cups. Send it to the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Cleaned from the tails of strawberries pureed with a blender. Send the berry puree to the pan and add another 70 g of sugar. Heated, but not boiled. Wait for the sugar to dissolve and remove from the stove so that the strawberries cool.
- In strawberry puree, add a second serving of gelatin. Stir it carefully.
- We pour strawberry puree on top of frozen butter jelly. Send to the freezer for another half hour.
- Before serving, decorate with mint leaf, grated chocolate and orange peel.
