Instructions for cooking Swedish meatballs

We have already prepared a step-by-step recipe for divine meatballs from IKEA. All you have to do is prepare the necessary ingredients and get to work!

Meatball meatballs Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 kg ground beef
  • 250g pork mince
  • 1 bulb
  • 5 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • chili
  • 1/4 tsp olive oil
  • 150ml vegetable broth
  • 40g butter
  • 150ml beef broth
  • 40g flour
  • 150ml fatty cream
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard


Preparation
  1. It is worth noting that the technology of cooking meatballs is actually very simple. The first thing to do is mix beef and pork mince in a large deep bowl. Then peel and grind the onions with garlic and add them to the mince.

    In the same bowl send eggs, milk and breadcrumbs. Next, we salt everything, pepper and stir everything.





  2. From the resulting mixture, you need to roll small balls (preferably one size). After that, lay out the workpiece on a clean flat plate, cover with food film and send it to the refrigerator for 120 minutes. This small trick will help meatballs to maintain their shape in the process of further heat treatment.





  3. After two hours, put the pan on a medium fire and heat it with some vegetable oil. Then move the meatballs to the pan and roast them well from all sides. Immediately after preliminary roasting, lay out the meatballs on the pan and cover them with foil for baking. And then place the batter in a 180-degree oven and leave them to bake for 30 minutes.





  4. And while meatballs are baked, you can start cooking cream sauce. To do this, paint butter in a pan with high sides. Then add flour to the oil and stir it in the oil for a couple of minutes.

    After pouring in the pan, both types of broth and continue stirring the ingredients. After the broth, send cream to the pan, as well as soy sauce and mustard. Bring the mixture to a boil, wait until the sauce thickens, and dip meatballs in it.







Finished meatballs combine with cream sauce and serve with mashed potatoes.
