For a record content of vitamins and trace elements, buckwheat is called the queen of cereals. Try to make it a delicious and healthy dietary dish - buckwheat mushrooms. The only difference is that you no longer have to cook. The dish is what they call 2 in 1!





Buckwheat meats Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp buckwheat cereals welded until ready
  • 800g champignon
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 bulbs
  • 1 tsp vegetable seasoning
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Boil the buckwheat.

  3. Roast the onions in vegetable oil until golden. Add the mushrooms to the onions and fry until ready.


  4. Pass the mushrooms with onions through the meat grinder, after draining the excess liquid. Instead of a meat grinder, you can use a blender.
  5. Add to the ground mushrooms buckwheat, salt, pepper, surf and egg. Stir thoroughly.
  6. From the prepared mass, form meatballs, collapse in the crackers and fry in the pan from all sides until a ruddy crust is formed.


  7. Put the meatballs in a mold and pour ketchup diluted in a glass of water.


  8. Send the meatballs to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit!
