mushrooms. The only difference is that you no longer have to cook. The dish is what they call 2 in 1!
Buckwheat meats Ingredients
- 3 tbsp buckwheat cereals welded until ready
- 800g champignon
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 2 bulbs
- 1 tsp vegetable seasoning
- breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper to taste

Preparation
- Boil the buckwheat.

- Pass the mushrooms with onions through the meat grinder, after draining the excess liquid. Instead of a meat grinder, you can use a blender.
- Add to the ground mushrooms buckwheat, salt, pepper, surf and egg. Stir thoroughly.
- From the prepared mass, form meatballs, collapse in the crackers and fry in the pan from all sides until a ruddy crust is formed.
- Put the meatballs in a mold and pour ketchup diluted in a glass of water.
- Send the meatballs to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit!
