When there are no ideas what to cook for dinner for the whole family, I use the recipe of Larisa Rubalskaya, not meatballs, but a song.

Today we'll tell you how. mince. A very simple recipe and even it can be corrected during cooking. Why not, if the main difference between meatballs and cutlets in a single ingredient? And the cooking process and even adding some new foods only improves the taste and gives the dish an even more appetizing flavor?

It will be hot in the kitchen today. So what if we ended up with a dish that everyone at home, guests and even picky little kids would enjoy? Only for them you need to make an option without the abundant addition of spices. But in good time, let's go!

How to cook minced meatballs Ingredients
  • 500g beef
  • 500g pork
  • 200g rice
  • bow
  • carrot
  • tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • ground-pepper
  • salt
  • sugar

Preparation
  1. For our meatballs we will need 2 types of meat. It always tastes better. You can even take chicken and turkey if you do not want fat in the snack. It doesn't matter. Get a meat grinder and clean 2 medium bulbs. Then cut the onions and meat into pieces, which will easily fit into the neck of the kitchen apparatus. Turn the products into mince, add salt and pepper to them.

  2. Unlike meatballs, we will not add bread to meatballs. Instead, we need rice. We act with it as always: we wash it a little, add 2 times more water based on the volume and put it to cook. But we're not boiling it. Al dente: 10 minutes is enough. He'll get back to normal later.

  3. Let's prepare the gravy. Grind onions, carrots and roast them over medium heat until ready. Next, add sour cream and a little tomato paste. Again, salt and even sprinkle some sugar for balance. Put it all together before thickening. Sauce is ready.

  4. Mix mince and rice, form meatballs. Let's roast them a little in vegetable oil, and then put a medium fire, maybe even less. We'll pour the meatballs with sauce and leave it to stew until ready. The dish will be rich and very tasty. Rice, you won't even feel it.

This recipe was inspired by a wonderful woman, cook, Larisa Rubalskaya. She knows a lot about good cooking and is always ready to tell something new from the world of cooking and all sorts of goodies.

If you prefer Italian cuisine, then such meatballs can be poured with a mixture of crushed canned tomatoes, water and dry basil. Give the dish a little time for excess moisture to boil and put on the table. It'll be delicious, trust me. And with a side dish of hard pasta, you and your guests will feel like real Neapolitans. You can trust us.
