You haven't cooked meatballs yet! In meat balls now and always add zucchini.

My friend got married a few years ago and moved to live with her husband in Greece. There she learned to cook many dishes of Greek cuisine, which fell to her taste. She came to my mother and invited us to visit. I was treated to various goodies, but, among other things, my attention was attracted by juicy, lush and such. meatballs.

Squash snack recipe Ingredients
  • 600g minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bulb
  • 2 young zucchini
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp ground crackers
  • salt and pepper


Preparation
  1. Sodium zucchini on a fine grater, grind the bulb and garlic. Mix crushed vegetables with minced meat. Add crackers, tomato paste and eggs to the mix. Add the spices and salt, mix thoroughly.



  2. From the resulting mass, form small meatballs, lay them out on a bowl oiled with oil.



  3. Put the batter in the heated oven, bake for about 20-30 minutes. The meatballs are ready!





This simple zucchini snack is able to win the heart of even the most sophisticated gourmet. Meatballs are very juicy and lush, and the taste and aroma simply leave no chance to anyone!
