Soup, which on the second day will remain only an empty pot and sweet memories

We found this recipe under the name "It's impossible to stop.", and it was intriguing. Now lentil - my favorite. Fragrant, bombishly tasty, hearty and quite nutritious.

Soup with lentils and potatoes is better to take red, but, by and large, any will suit.



The ingredients
  • 100g lentils
  • 2 l of water
  • 1 pc (1 stem) of celery stalk
  • 3 pieces of potatoes (medium size)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bulb
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp dried garlic
  • salt
  • chili


Preparation
  1. Wash the lentils well, fill it with water and put it on the fire. After the water boils, boil for 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them in large cubes.



  3. Peel the onions and carrots. Onion and celery shallowly cut, sodium carrots on a large grater or cut with semi-rings (as you like). Roast your vegetables in vegetable oil. First the onions until a clear color, and then add carrots and celery.



  4. Separately, in another pan, a little roast potatoes.
  5. Season the lentils with pepper, dried garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice. Ambassadory. Add the vegetables from both pans to the pan to the lentils.



  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes and lentils are ready.
