The ingredients
- 100g lentils
- 2 l of water
- 1 pc (1 stem) of celery stalk
- 3 pieces of potatoes (medium size)
- 1 carrot
- 1 bulb
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp dried garlic
- salt
- chili
Preparation
- Wash the lentils well, fill it with water and put it on the fire. After the water boils, boil for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them in large cubes.
- Peel the onions and carrots. Onion and celery shallowly cut, sodium carrots on a large grater or cut with semi-rings (as you like). Roast your vegetables in vegetable oil. First the onions until a clear color, and then add carrots and celery.
- Separately, in another pan, a little roast potatoes.
- Season the lentils with pepper, dried garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice. Ambassadory. Add the vegetables from both pans to the pan to the lentils.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes and lentils are ready.
