Salad with vermicella Ingredients
- 200g cornflower
- 2 packs of instant noodles
- 1/2 Beijing cabbage
- 3 eggs
- 100g canned corn
- 1 melted cheese
- salt

- 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation
- First of all, grind quick-cooked vermicella in dry form and pour vermicella into a deep bowl, after which we pour it with a small amount of boiling water. It is best to grind vermicelle in a closed pack, so it will not spread throughout the apartment and after cooking you can immediately enjoy tasting your creation, rather than start cleaning. Immediately after that (however, you can even before) put boiled eggs.
- Meanwhile, while the vermicelle is steamed and the eggs are cooked, you can cut the cord. If the vermicel crumb is too small, cut the cougar cubes, if the vermicel will stretch, it is better to cut the remaining ingredients with straw (so the salad will look more neat). By the way, if desired, beaugenina can be replaced with boiled sausage or, for example, chicken. Sliced meat is sent to a salad bowl and mixed with corn.
- Next, cool the finished eggs in cold water and also carefully cut, and then send to the salad.
- In the end, it remains only to cut Beijing cabbage, crush the teeth of garlic with a press (or rub them on a fine grater), drain the excess water that remained after steaming vermishel and send all these ingredients to the bowl to the rest.
