Ingredients
- 200 g of apples
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 5 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
Cooking
- Peel the apples peel and core, then slice into small slices.
- Lightly sprinkle sliced apples with flour, add cinnamon and nutmeg. Give everything a good stir.
- Put in a deep casserole eggs and sugar. Whip the mixture with mixer.
- When the mass of white, add in a container of lemon zest, melted butter and flour. Once you beat all.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, then pour a little of the batter.
