SUPER healthy drink with black sesame

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 1/4 Cup black sesame
  • 2 large ripe banana
  • 2 1/2 Cup alternative milk
  • 1/4 Cup of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (you can substitute brown sugar, date syrup or honey)
  • 4-6 ice cubes
