We offer you several recipes detox Breakfast that will cleanse your body and give energy for the entire day.
Detox BreakfastWarm pudding of Chia seedsIngredients (for 1 serving):
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat (2-3 minutes). Preheat as much as possible, but do not boil. Pour Chia seeds in a bowl. Add milk, sugar substitute (optional), cinnamon, vanilla and ground ginger. Mix thoroughly and let it thicken. This process should occur in less than 2 minutes. Decorate top of pudding with fresh fruit. Serve immediately.
Note: If you want the pudding was cold, leave it on for 4 hours in refrigerator (ideally overnight).
Smoothies with pumpkin and spinach Ingredients (for 1 serving):
Preparation: place all the ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth.
Note: If you feel cold, you can add ¼ teaspoon of warming spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg or cloves. Or SIP a hot Cup of chamomile tea with honey, to warm the stomach.
