Original cream soup of pumpkin with orange
Soup-puree of pumpkin — the champion of vegetables for iron and copper, very simple and original recipe.
Preparation of this soup does not take much time and pleasure in the results we guarantee!
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
In a saucepan with a thick bottom to heat two types of oil and put chopped onion. Fried not too hard.
Add the pumpkin cubes and potato. Fry lightly and then pour the broth and simmer over low heat until tender. Beat with a blender and boil a little more. Remove from the heat.
Squeeze the juice of one orange and pour into pan.
When serving, garnish with zest and pumpkin seeds.

- 1 kg. pumpkin (raw), or 700 gr. purified
- 3 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 orange
- 1/2 L. vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp vegetable oil
