Pumpkin cream soup The first thing I start with is pumpkin. cream-soup and bacon. I first tried it on a trip where my husband, who was still my boyfriend at the time, proposed to me. So for me, this first dish is special. The recipe, by the way, is excellent: once cooked, you will want to cook it again and again!



The ingredients
  • 1kg pumpkin
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bulbs
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 100g bacon
  • 3 teeth. Garlic
  • vegetable-oil
  • salt, pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Roast the bacon in vegetable oil, put it on a plate.
  2. Cut the onions and garlic fine. Roast it in vegetable oil.
  3. Cut the carrots, cut the pumpkin flesh into medium pieces. Carcasses in the same pan for another 10 minutes.
  4. Put the vegetables in a pan, pour water and boil until the pumpkin is ready.
  5. Blow the soup with a blender, add cream, cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Spread it, peep it, add the bacon and get out for another minute.
  7. Serve portioned, decorate with pumpkin seeds and crackers.





The simplest option is pumpkin. If desired, you can add raisins, apricots or figs to it. It is also delicious to sprinkle it with pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.



Well, if you bother a little, then you can prepare rice porridge with pumpkin in milk. It is also fast, tasty, budget-friendly and useful! To do this, pumpkin (600 g) cut a small cube, send to a pan and pour 600 ml of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Cook for 5 minutes, then add 600 ml of milk and let it boil. Add 400 grams of washed rice and cook, stirring, for 20 minutes. Turn off the fire and add 140 grams of butter. That’s all, our delicious and healthy porridge is ready. Bon appetit!



Another one of my favorites is pumpkin. chicken. It has a thin, but very tasty layer of dough, pumpkin filling with meat and onions and a delicate pouring based on cheese and cream. Believe me, it's impossible to break away!

  • 1 tbsp dried herbs
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 200g flour

  • 0.5 kg pumpkin
  • 150g onion

  • 1 egg

Preparation
  1. To prepare the dough, mix the oil and sour cream. Add the egg, dried herbs and salt. Stir it well.
  2. Add the flour. Mix the soft dough, put it in a lump, wrap it in food foam and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  3. Cut the onions with half rings, fillets with cubes. Roast the meat with onions for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the pumpkin in small pieces. Add it to the meat and mascara for another 10 minutes. Smell it and taste it.
  5. For pouring, sod the cheese on a medium grater. Pour the cream and kick the egg. Add the spices and stir.
  6. Oil the shape. Put the dough out and straighten it evenly. Put the stuffing on the dough.
  7. Pour the cake and bake it for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appetit!





You can surprise guests by serving. For example, even the most ordinary rice can be baked with nuts and dried fruits in a pumpkin. Don’t forget to add some honey to it! Yes, in principle, there are many options for dishes that can be baked in a pumpkin.



Well, for breakfast in the autumn at least once it is worth preparing pumpkin pancakes or pancakes. They are not only delicious, but also healthy, and also look like little sunshine on a plate!

  2. Rub the pumpkin in mashed potatoes.
  3. Dough: mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, ginger.
  4. Separately beat the eggs with sugar.
  5. Add the pumpkin puree to the whipped eggs, add the dry ingredients. Mix the dough.
  6. Fill the forms for 2/3 and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  7. If desired, cupcakes can be decorated with cream: cheese cheese + cream + powdered sugar.
