1 large potato
1 carrot
1 bulb
500 g perch (fresh or frozen)
4 tables of water
parsley

How to cook:

1. Cut the potatoes in small cubes.



Carrots - in thin circles, cut the onions into 4 parts.

Fill it with cold water.

4. Cook on a slow heat until ready for about 30-45 minutes. If necessary, remove the foam.

Goulash with a beer in a cake



Juicy meat goulash on beer with carrots, onions and garlic in a fragrant sauce with thyme - these cakes will be a real hit on your table! Use both yeast and fresh dough, the result will always be above all praise!

Recipe for "Gulash with beer in a cake" Gotta:
500g beef or pork tenderling
flour-for-collapse
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bulb
1 carrot
3 cloves of garlic
1 large tomato (you can replace 1 tbsp of tomato paste)
1 tsp dried thyme
1 glass of dark beer
1 cup of water
1 tbsp flour
salt, pepper to taste

How to cook:

1. Cut the meat in small pieces and roll in flour.





2. Roast in 1 tbsp of heated vegetable oil until roasted on all sides.





3. Chop onions, carrots, garlic.



Cut the tomato in small cubes.

4. In the pan, warm up the remaining oil and roast the onions for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.



Add carrots, garlic and roast for a few more minutes before the pleasant aroma appears.



5. To vegetables add meat, tomato and thyme. Pour water and beer.



Pour 1 tbsp of flour and mix well. Put it down.



6. Extinguish on low fire for 1.5-2 hours. The meat should easily break into fibers, and the sauce should become thick. Completely cool and tear the meat into small pieces. Stir with the sauce.





7. Put 1 tbsp of filling on rolled dough.

Cherry and marshmallow stuffing



During baking, the delicate sweet marshmallow melts and saturates the juicy sour cherry with a unique taste and aroma. Experiment with marshmallows: try vanilla, lemon or even chocolate – and each time the cakes will be beautiful in a new way.

The recipe for cherry and marshmallow Gotta:
300g cherries without seed (frozen cherries can be used)
2-3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp starch
150g marshmallow

How to cook:

1. In a small bowl mix cherries, sugar and starch. Leave it for 10 minutes.





2. Pour the juice formed, add marshmallows sliced in small cubes and mix. The filling should not be liquid. If necessary, add another 1 tbsp. starch.





3. Put 1 tbsp on a rolled piece of dough.





4. To pinch the cake.
