Preparation
  1. First dissolve the yeast in water, add sugar to it and mix it well. Then beat 1 egg in a separate bowl and add it to the diluted yeast.



  2. After that, add flour mixed with salt to the bowl and mix the dough. As soon as the mass becomes uniform, start gradually introducing butter into the dough. To make the dough for baking lush and airy, mix it with your hands for 15 minutes, in no case adding additional flour.





  3. Next, take a clean deep bowl and grease it with vegetable oil. Transfer the dough into a lubricated bowl, cover it with food film and leave it to stand for about 2-3 hours so that it rises.



  4. In the meantime, you can prepare the filling. Wash the chicken ventricles and boil them in salted water. Also boil rice. Peel the onions off the husks, cut them in small cubes and roast them in melted butter. Then pass the boiled ventricles through the meat grinder. Ready minced roast along with onions in a pan, then cool and mix with ready rice, adding salt and spices to taste.





  5. The raised dough is slightly powdered with flour and laid out on the working surface. Then divide the dough into several equivalent pieces.



  6. From each piece form a ball, and then make a cake and place in the center of this cake finished filling. Connect the edges of each cake to each other, and then turn the cakes down with a seam.



  7. Lubricate the bowl with butter and put cakes on it. Sprinkle the food film with flour and cover the cakes with it, then leave them to stand at room temperature for half an hour. Before you send the cakes to the oven, remove the film and grease them with a whipped egg with cream.





  8. Warm the oven to 210 degrees and bake cakes at this temperature for 15 minutes. Depending on the characteristics of the oven, cakes can be baked more slowly or, conversely, faster. Therefore, from the tenth minute, look at the cakes so that they do not burn.
