- 500g flour
- 150 ml of water
- 150 ml of vegetable oil
- 1 carrot
- 2 pinches of salt

- Pour warm water and vegetable oil into the hole, add salt. Mix the dough in circular movements with a spoon, and then manually. - Peel the onions and carrots. Sod the carrots on a large grater and cut the onions with half rings.
- Roast the onions in vegetable oil until golden, then add the carrots and sauerkraut. Fry vegetables on average heat until they become soft, about 4-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the working surface with flour and divide the dough into 16 parts.
- As thinly as possible, roll out each piece of dough and put 1 tbsp of filling on the edge of the dough.
